Meet the Founders: 

Built in Big Tech, Grounded in Ease. Caitlin and Dawn met in the fast-paced world of big tech over a decade ago. Navigating demanding corporate careers, Caitlin found herself exhausted by the fractured nature of wellness apps, constantly toggling between separate trackers for movement, nutrition, and mindfulness. Meanwhile, amidst the relentless blur of weekly business travel, Dawn (who is also a certified yoga instructor) sought a tangible way to remain anchored, present, and centered.  Recognizing a shared need for quiet breathing room, they created Daily Dose. Together, they designed a beautifully lightweight journal that strips away the noise, offering women everywhere a dedicated, elegant space to return to themselves.
